Hi all. The next beer on the chopping block is Laško brewed by the good people over at Laško brewery www.pivo-lasko.si/eng/index.html . This beer was purched from the LCBO aswell. Laško is an excelent beer and is very popularly priced (i love that term). I dig the goat head on the bottle. BTW all posts should have a photo don't you agree? Photos say a 1000 words, just like numbers.

Blogs are fun!!! Lets get started tasting beers. Right now we will start with a beer bought from the LCBO. LCBO means liquor control board of Ontario. The beer is brewed by a company called Schloss-Eggenberg. http://www.schloss-eggenberg.at/site/en_geschichte.asp?id=71 The beer is is a Doppelbock and is called Dunkel. sweetness of 8 very sweet. Aroma of 6 smells of copper and heavy molasses. Apperance of 8 no other beer seems to compare in colour complexity that I can think of.
